Visitors can use the parking facilities at CASTELLO Düsseldorf for Japan-Tag.
The Park & Ride KombiTicket includes a parking ticket for the respective parking garage as well as a public transport ticket for the entire Düsseldorf city area. From CASTELLO you can reach the city center from the S-Bahn station Reisholz S in about 40 minutes.

It takes just a few minutes on the underground from the main railway station to the Old Town. The Düsseldorf trade-fair centre is easy to get to on the U78 underground tram – which will also help you avoid traffic jams.

A new long-distance bus station for trans-European bus trips opened in the middle of December 2009. The central bus station with comfortable waiting rooms is located on the Worringer Strasse just next to the main railway station.

Onward travel by rail
The "Düsseldorf Flughafen" railway station is located at one of Europe’s main rail junctions. Around 300 trains – ICE, IC, EC and local trains/light rail – stop here every day.

The S11 will take you directly from the terminal to the Hauptbahnhof in around 12 minutes.
